Acceptance of Conditions
By placing an order on 3DragonstoreCrafts.com, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and accept these sales conditions. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.Products
3DragonstoreCrafts.com offers two main product categories:3D Printed Products: A wide range of items made using 3D printing technologies, such as accessories, models, and custom-made objects. All 3D printed products are licensed, ensuring compliance with intellectual property rights.
Modeling Products: Tools, equipment, and materials for model making, including paints, varnishes, brushes, assembly tools, and other useful accessories for hobbyists.
All products are described accurately and in detail. The images provided on the site aim to reflect the actual product as closely as possible, but the product description sheets are the official source for features and details. 3DragonstoreCrafts.com strives to provide images and descriptions that match reality, though product features may vary, particularly in design, dimensions, and colors, due to changes made by manufacturers.
Availability
Product availability may vary based on demand or unforeseen circumstances. Although we work to keep the site up to date, 3DragonstoreCrafts.com does not guarantee continuous availability of all products. Inventory shown on the website may not always be fully synchronized with our warehouse stock. Therefore, it is possible that other customers complete a purchase of the same item before your order is finalized. If this occurs, our customer service team will promptly notify you and propose a solution, which may include a refund, an alternative product, or a wait time for restocking.
Additionally, some product lines may be discontinued by the manufacturer. If an item is no longer available or out of production, the customer will be informed and offered an alternative product. If the replacement is not satisfactory, the customer can request a partial cancellation of the order and receive a refund only for the unavailable or unwanted item, keeping the remaining items. Alternatively, the entire order can be canceled.
Most 3D printed items are made to order, and production times are usually around 2 weeks from the order date. Modeling products, if in stock, can be purchased and shipped immediately without additional production time. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly and may choose to modify or cancel the order.
Prices
Prices listed on 3DragonstoreCrafts.com do not include additional taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before confirming the order. The total amount due will be shown during checkout, before finalizing the purchase. Prices on the website may change without notice. However, the final amount to be paid is the one shown at the time of order confirmation, which takes precedence over any subsequent price changes.Payment Methods

Payment must be completed before the products are shipped.
Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days, unless the product is unavailable. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected courier. If your cart includes both in-stock items (e.g., paints, brushes) and one or more 3D printed models, delivery will take at least 2 weeks to allow for production. In-stock modeling products can be shipped immediately.

However, not all couriers may reach certain remote or hard-to-access areas. If your area is not serviced by the selected courier, we will offer an alternative or contact you to discuss other shipping options. In exceptional cases, 3DragonstoreCrafts.com reserves the right to use a different courier to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Once the package is handed over to the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the provided tracking number. If delivery fails due to customer absence and the package is returned to our warehouse, 3DragonstoreCrafts.com will not be held responsible. In such cases, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you are available to receive the package. We recommend providing a valid phone number when placing your order so that the courier can contact you in case of issues.
Upon delivery, customers must check that the package is intact and has not been tampered with or opened. If any damage or discrepancies are found, customers have the right to accept the package with reservation, immediately notifying the courier and contacting our customer service to start a claim.
If the insured shipping option is not selected, 3DragonstoreCrafts.com will not be held liable for any damage incurred during transportation. Insurance offers protection against loss or damage, ensuring reimbursement or replacement of the item.
Failure to follow all proper procedures for accepting the package—such as accepting with reservation and reporting visible damage to the courier—will relieve 3DragonstoreCrafts.com and the courier of any responsibility for damages.
We are not liable for delays due to the courier or force majeure events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and vary by destination and shipping method. Costs are clearly presented before finalizing the order. You may also request insured shipping, which guarantees reimbursement in case of loss or damage during transit. The insurance cost, if selected, will be added to the order total and offers additional protection for your purchase.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, especially those requiring air transport, shipping rates may differ from those shown during checkout. In such cases, 3DragonstoreCrafts.com will contact the customer before shipping to confirm the adjusted rate. The customer may then choose to accept the new rate or cancel the order.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without penalties and without needing to state a reason. To exercise this right, a written notice must be sent to 3DragonstoreCrafts.com.Warranty and Returns
All products sold by 3DragonstoreCrafts.com are covered by a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer may receive a full or partial refund.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the product must be returned intact, with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected by 3DragonstoreCrafts.com to confirm its integrity and completeness. If the product does not meet these conditions, no refund will be given.
For 3D printed items, the same return conditions apply. However, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the items must not have been used or altered. If the item is customized or made to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
If the customer makes a mistake during the order process—such as selecting the wrong scale or features of a 3D model—the order cannot be changed or refunded, as the item was custom-made. Customers are encouraged to double-check all specifications before placing their order.
Liability and Sales to End Customers
3DragonstoreCrafts.com sells its products exclusively to end customers for personal use. We are not a supplier for businesses and do not support B2B sales. Orders placed by businesses for resale purposes will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any unauthorized resale or misuse of our products. Sales are strictly intended for final consumers. Any orders placed for resale or wholesale will be canceled.Changes to the Terms
3DragonstoreCrafts.com reserves the right to modify these sales conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on 3DragonstoreCrafts.com and will take effect from the date of publication. Orders placed before that date will be governed by the version of the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
